The customer's site security installation is connected to by broadband line and in case of a loss of
broadband connection; a G3/GPRS wireless connections is also used.
The remote monitoring station detects alerts and events based on site equipment such as PIR
detectors and access control points. The event is then verified visually using the CCTV system to
check if it is a false alarm. Should the ev
ent be a genuine threat, appropriate action can be taken.
